A 4 Day Ashtanga Yoga and Mindfulness Intensive
A 4 to day intensive exploring how to develop a safe ashtanga yoga practice and importantly use it as a tool for positive change in your life.
Using yoga asana practice, pranayama, philosophy, psychology, mindfulness and anatomy/movement theory Scott will share and explore techniques to take your personal practice to a deeper level and help you to take your practice off the mat and into your whole life.
This intensive is a unique opportunity for you to inquire into what it means to practice yoga, offering the opportunity to see how your practice truly affects your life. For Scott the whole process of yoga is waking up to each moment of your life. This intensive will have that understanding at it's core.
